PLACING AN ORDER

Order by 5.00pm for next day delivery (may exclude some international orders).

Have a personal message ready to include with your gift.

We will need a full name for the recipient, including the delivery address and postcode to which your gift will be delivered. A contact telephone number will be required for the recipient of all international orders. Complete and accurate information is essential on all orders to ensure deliveries are made efficiently. Your contact name and telephone number will be required for reference, this will enable us to contact you should an order related query arise.

For deliveries to hospitals, please advise the ward name and number. Due to hospital security and patient privacy, it may not always be possible to deliver directly to the recipient. In such cases, deliveries may be left with reception or post room personnel - we cannot guarantee that all deliveries will be accepted. For deliveries to university campuses, please include room and block numbers as well as the full university address.

AMENDING AN ORDER

Amendments and cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the specified delivery date. During peak periods, such as Valentines, Mothers Day, Easter and Christmas, the notification period for amendments and cancellations is 48 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit and debit cards, where a £10 minimum transaction amount is operational. We regret that payment by American Express and Diners Club are not accepted. Please have your payment details available when placing an order. An order will only be processed if full payment details are submitted and accepted. You can rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. After your transaction is complete, we do not store or retain your card details within our systems.

Order with confidence for delivery of flowers, plants and gifts, locally, nationally and internationally. By Arrangement works in association with the Interflora network.

LOCAL - Order by 2.00pm for guaranteed same day delivery.

NATIONAL - Order by 2.00pm for guaranteed same day delivery through the Interflora network.

INTERNATIONAL - Order by 2.00pm for next day delivery through the Interflora network. Deliveries are available in over 140 different countries, where products specific to the local area are used.

We reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal or greater value in the event of supply or quality difficulties. Products containing alcohol may only be sold or delivered to persons aged 18 or over - please drink responsibly.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will take all reasonable measures as required under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that personal information you submit to us is kept secure and protected from unauthorised use or disclosure. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than for marketing of By Arrangement or Interflora branded products and services. We (our representatives and business partners) may hold your personal details in order to process your order and / or maintain your account. Please note that our policies on privacy will be overridden where we are required or permitted to disclose personal information under law or the terms of any court order.

GIFT VOUCHERS

We offer Interflora gift vouchers in £5 and £10 denominations. Vouchers may be exchanged for flowers or plants in participating Interflora shops in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland and in garden centres, shops and nurseries redeeming National Garden gift vouchers. Vouchers may not be used for relay orders of any kind and change may not be given.

FRESHNESS GUARANTEED

Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Remove all packaging and trim the stems at a sharp angle. Ensuring that any foliage which lies beneath the water level is removed, place the flowers in a non-metallic vase. Fill the vase with fresh lukewarm tap water, then add the flower food, following the guidelines on the reverse of the sachet. Display in a cool location away from draughts, direct sunlight and heat. To refresh flowers after 2-3 days, remove any dropping flowers or foliage, re-cut the stems and place in fresh water.

Some flowering plants may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Keep the compost of plants moist at all times and avoid water logging, draughts and direct sunlight. Feed plants fortnightly with a liquid plant fertiliser during Spring and Summer. To prolong flowering, remove faded flowers. Protect non-hardy plants from frost.

Lily pollen may stain. Remove stamens from any newly opened flowers and avoid direct contact. In the event of contact with lily pollen, dab off with a self-adhesive tape, DO NOT use water as this will stabilize the pollen. Berries may also stain.

Flowers and plants are for display purposes only and must not be consumed - keep out of the reach of children and pets. Certain flowers and plants may cause irritation - in such an event, wash affected area immediately with cold water, DO NOT touch irritated skin, and consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

All flowers and plants should be placed on a protected surface.

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery (an exemption applies to roses, spring and summer designated flowers, where a 5 day guarantee applies).
