Weddings By Arrangement
At By Arrangement we recognise the importance of this very special day and we strive to ensure that all your floral requirements are met in every way. Weddings are specialised and individual to each couple and, as such, it is vital that we allow appropriate time to discuss and consider every aspect of your floral designs in great detail.
It seems to us quite inappropriate to attempt to discuss wedding plans in any kind of ad hoc manner and so we are not happy to conduct on the spot conversations across the shop counter at a time when there could be any number of interruptions or diversions. With this in mind, we ask every ‘bride to be’ to contact us to arrange a mutually suitable appointment to discuss their wedding plans. We conduct wedding consultations either at the shop outside our normal trading hours, alternatively we will arrange a home visit if preferred. We strive to ensure that you receive our undivided attention and the care and careful consideration that you deserve. Currently our wedding consultation service is free of charge.
The choices and possibilities are numerous and varied and there are so many factors that will influence the style and appearance of the look you require. We will be delighted to discuss any number of alternatives with you and make every endeavour to achieve the floral designs you want. However, we are also aware that, in most cases, there is an allotted budget given to this aspect of your big day. It is, therefore, important to consider the fact that specific designs (and in particular the skill and expertise required to create them) and the actual choice of flowers, will naturally have a direct impact on the cost of the floral designs that you choose.

| Please note that, should we be selected as your florist for your wedding designs, we will require a (non refundable) deposit. |
| Many items can be made available on a loan / hire basis – this would include such items as vases, mirrors, candelabra, pedestal stands, candle holders, bud vases, pillars etc. Please note that a hire charge is incorporated into the prices where these items are provided. In addition, the safe return of these items remains the responsibility of the hirer and a deposit payment will be taken pending their return. A charge for any loss or damage will apply. |
| In view of the considerable man hours required to prepare wedding designs and the professional skills necessary, a labour and skill supplement is applied to all wedding quotations |
| Value Added Tax at the current rate of 17.5% must be added to all prices quoted above. |
